Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Welcome to ManifestationStatecraft.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Norse Panda LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this Site—whether browsing, purchasing, or using any member-only/course areas—you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) What We Offer

We provide educational content and digital products, including online course materials, videos, written resources, and related content (collectively, “Content”). We may provide paid access via member areas or digital product checkout.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3) Accounts, Access, and Security

If you create an account or receive login access:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or distribute your access.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4) Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

If you purchase a product or course:

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time.

  • Taxes may be added where required.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (including, for example, Squarespace, Stripe, and/or Square). Your payment is subject to the provider’s terms and policies.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is consistent with these Terms and any posted refund policy. If a chargeback or dispute occurs, we may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

5) Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

Unless required by law or explicitly stated in the Refund Policy, all digital purchases are final.

6) License to Use Course Content (Personal Use Only)

When you purchase or receive access to our Content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, share, or publicly display the Content (in whole or in part)

  • Record, rip, scrape, download for redistribution, or otherwise redistribute videos or course materials

  • Share logins, coupon codes intended for individual use, or member-only links

  • Use the Content to create competing products/courses or to train another instructor/business without written permission

  • Use the Content to train or improve any AI model or dataset without written permission

We reserve the right to monitor for misuse (including account sharing patterns) and to revoke access for violations. In cases of misuse, access may be terminated without refund.

7) Beta / Early Access Confidentiality

If you are granted beta access, early access, or invited access to unreleased materials:

  • You agree the Content is confidential.

  • You agree not to share screenshots, downloads, passwords, links, lesson material, or any private feedback threads outside the beta group without written permission.

  • Participation is voluntary; access may be revoked at any time.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any law or regulation

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, member areas, or accounts

  • Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or interfere with site security or performance

  • Upload malware or harmful code

  • Infringe intellectual property rights or impersonate another person/entity

9) User Submissions (Comments, Testimonials, Messages)

If you submit comments, feedback, testimonials, or other materials (“Submissions”):

  • You confirm you have the right to share them.

  • You grant us permission to use, reproduce, modify, and display those Submissions for business purposes (such as improving the course or marketing), unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

  • Do not submit confidential medical, legal, or highly sensitive personal information.

10) Intellectual Property

All Content, branding, course materials, site design, text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable resources are owned by Norse Panda LLC or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11) Disclaimers

Educational only. Not medical or mental health care.
Our Content is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are dealing with significant mental health concerns, trauma, or medical issues, seek support from qualified professionals. If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately.

No guarantees.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, earnings, or timelines. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your choices, effort, circumstances, and external conditions.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Content will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norse Panda LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Content if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Sections intended to survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions) will survive.

15) Third-Party Links and Services

We may link to third-party sites or tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

16) Electronic Communications; Notices

By using the Site or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We may provide notices to you via email, Site notices, account notifications, or by posting updates to the Site. You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

17) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue

Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You must send a written notice describing the issue and the relief you seek to support@norsepanda.com. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days from receipt of notice, unless the parties mutually agree to extend that period.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue and Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Content that is not resolved through informal resolution will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential materials.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, platform failures, internet disruptions, payment processor issues, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

20) Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with any policies referenced (including the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
