This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ManifestationStatecraft.com (the “Site”) operated by Norse Panda LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1) Free Preview Available Before Purchase

We provide free access to the entirety of Module 1 as a preview so you can evaluate the course format, tone, and approach before purchasing the full course.

2) Digital Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately (including access to online course materials), all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

3) Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the paid course materials, email support@norsepanda.com and include:

  • The email used at checkout

  • Your order confirmation (or order number)

  • A brief description of the issue and any relevant screenshots

We will make a good-faith effort to resolve verified access issues. If we cannot resolve a verified access issue within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.

4) No Refunds for Use, Preference, or Results

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Lack of time or failure to complete the course

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes or expected results

  • Accidental purchase due to failure to review the free preview

  • Purchases made with discounted codes, gifted access, or 100% off coupons (where applicable)

5) Account Misuse and Violations

If we determine that access has been shared, resold, or redistributed in violation of our Terms of Service, we may revoke access immediately and no refund will be provided.

6) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or revoke access to the course while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to provide relevant records to the payment processor, including proof of purchase and access delivery.

7) Legal Rights

Some jurisdictions provide non-waivable consumer rights. Where required by law, we will honor applicable rights.
